VETERINARY ON CALL
In case of an emergency, we will make an attempt to contact you, your emergency contact or your vet. If your vet is not available, we will take your pet to the nearest vet clinic available.

FLEA/TICK MEDICATION
We are now requiring that all pets be on Frontline Plus or any flea/tick control medicine. If your pet(s) is not protected at the time of checking in, please ask the front desk and we will gladly provide treatment at an additional cost.

Since we have an open landscaped facility with nice plants and trees, we strongly recommend that you maintain a year-round treatment for ticks and fleas in order to protect the facility from any contamination and thus protect all of the pets. We recommend topical solutions such as Advantix or Frontline Plus, which are available over-the-counter. Please talk to your veterinarian about your options and frequency of treatment.
